Pick coffee cherries with farmers, see drying and hulling, then taste coffee roasted fresh on the farm.
Several family coffee farms around Paksong open their gates for two days at the peak of the harvest. Visitors pick ripe red cherries, learn how arabica differs from robusta, see the drying yards and hulling machines, and pan-roast beans the traditional way.
Tip: wear closed shoes and long sleeves, arrange transport from Paksong market and buy beans directly from farmers to support the community.
