What you need
Clear photos taken with your phone are fine. PDF files are accepted for documents.
ID card, passport or family book
A photo of the document plus a selfie so we can confirm it's you.
Valid driving licence
Front and back, not expired, in the right class for your vehicle.
Vehicle registration
Registration book or certificate for every vehicle you add.
Insurance
Policy number and expiry date — recommended, and required before your badge is issued.
Vehicle photos
Front, back and number plate (interior optional). Good light, whole vehicle in frame.

Never charge above your listed price
I will never charge a passenger more than the price I have listed or agreed through PakseHub.
Your prices stay within the official ceiling
All my published prices stay at or below the official fare ceiling for my area and vehicle type.
- I state clearly whether a price is per vehicle or per person before the trip starts.
- I drive safely, follow traffic laws and keep my licence and insurance valid.
- I treat every passenger with courtesy and respect, whatever their nationality.
- I understand that repeated upheld complaints lead to suspension of my verified status.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Who can apply?
Tuk-tuk, jumbo, songthaew, taxi, van, minibus, motorbike and boat drivers, as well as transport companies and cooperatives operating in Pakse and Champasak. You must be at least 18 and hold a valid licence.
Does it cost anything?
No. Applying, the QR badge and your public profile are free. PakseHub does not take a commission on your trips.
How are my prices checked?
Every price you publish is compared with the official fare table for your area and vehicle type. Prices above the ceiling cannot be submitted. New prices are reviewed by our team before they go live.
What happens to my documents?
ID, licence and vehicle documents are stored privately and only seen by our verification team. Travellers only see your name, photo, vehicle and prices — never your ID number or phone number.
Can I add more than one vehicle?
Yes, up to five vehicles per application. Companies and cooperatives can apply for their fleet.
I made a mistake or need to add documents. What now?
If we need more information, your status changes to “More information needed” with a note explaining what to send. You can always check it on the status page.
