About this vehicle
Mid-sized buses of around 20 seats leaving Pakse’s Southern (Lak 8) and Northern (Lak 7) bus terminals for districts across Champasak and nearby towns such as Salavan and Attapeu. Cheaper than tourist vans.
How to call one
- Buy tickets at the windows of the Southern (Lak 8) or Northern (Lak 7) bus terminal
- Some routes can be booked through guesthouses (usually with transfer to the terminal added)
- Large groups can charter one via this website or a rental company in Pakse
Local tips
- Buy from the official ticket window, not from people walking around the terminal
- Both terminals are outside the centre (about 7–8 km) — allow time to get there
- Some routes run only 1–2 times a day, in the morning — check times in advance
- Keep valuables with you, not on the roof or in the luggage hold

Per vehicle or per person?
The same number can mean very different totals. Always ask which one the driver means.
One price for the whole vehicle, no matter how many of you ride (up to its seats). Split it among your group.
Each passenger pays this price. Multiply by the number of people in your group to get the total.
Before you get in, confirm the total for your whole group — and show the Driver Card.
